All staff members of Grand Prix Manager Pro (hereafter known as 'GPMP') and GPMPs authors, known collectivly as Deep Clone Development (Hereafter known as DCD) take no responsibility what so ever for any health problems (be it mental, emotional or physical) sustained by any user of the GPMP website (Or associated sites).

DCD reserve the right to stop hosting of the website at any time regardless of donations received or any dependence any user has on the game.

DCD is not a company, it is simply a collection of assorted computer enthusiasts, and as such any donation made to DCD, its members, or its websites can only be as a donation, it cannot and will not be seen as payment for any service (including the use of its websites).

DCD does not endorse any opinions voiced on the games forums, nor does it endorse the validity of any claim within the forums. DCD requests that any misuse of the forums be pointed out to a member of staff asap so that they can investigate.

Any statistics or 'star ratings' held within this game are purely for game balancing only, and should be seen and considered in no other regard. All companies referenced in the game are purely fictitious, however, some reference to real life persons can be noted. Any objection to the use of said persons within the website by the person, or a close relative, should be directed to a member of staff, along with proof of identification. The member of staff will then remove said person within a reasonable time period.

DCD makes every attempt to stop its websites being used for any illegal or immoral activity, and will aid the authorities fully with any investigation regarding breach of law. Please note that British law may be different to the law in your country.

Users must read the Game rules and agree to them before creating an account. They must also read the Forum rules before posting in the game forums (if they wish to do so). These rules are subject to change so users should check back frequently and stop visiting the site if they find they no-longer agree with the rules (links can be found in game, forum rules in the 'Game Forums' and game rules in the 'Manual').
